He is typically savvy to pick up the pass rush, and will attempt to trap his defenders, but his hand usage decays as rushers continue to engage him. Like many players his size, he occasionally struggles playing his leverage down, and skilled or quick pass rushers can often times get under him. His tendency to play high carries over in the running game, as run penetrators have an alarming amount of easy access to the backfield. | |

Houston plays at a fevered pace, and the rapidity with which the ball comes out leaves doubt on several reps whether Paul would hold up in longer progressions.
